Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Cartofin, a personal-finance application provided by TrimSoft Studio.
1. Acceptance
By using Cartofin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Personal-finance tool, not professional advice
Cartofin is a record-keeping, budgeting, and financial-information tool. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, credit, banking, or other professional advice. Information and calculations shown by the app should be independently checked before you make important financial decisions.
3. Your responsibility for data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing calculations, categories, budgets, reports, and exports. The current application stores financial records locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups or exports where loss of local data would be material to you.
4. Premium subscriptions and trials
Cartofin may offer a free tier, a time-limited trial, and an optional Premium subscription. Trial eligibility and functionality are described in the app. Premium subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and managed through Google Play under the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, refund rules, and other conditions shown by Google Play at the time of purchase.
Do not complete a purchase unless you understand the price and recurring nature of the subscription presented by Google Play. You can manage or cancel an eligible Google Play subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.
5. Advertising
Free and Trial versions may display advertising. Paid Premium may remove advertising as described in the app at the time of purchase.
6. Availability and changes
Cartofin may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Features can change as the product evolves. TrimSoft Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Cartofin, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or services, use it to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code through it, or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
8. Intellectual property
Cartofin, its branding, software, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TrimSoft Studio except where otherwise stated. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Cartofin for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
9. Third-party services
Cartofin may rely on third-party platforms and services such as Google Play. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies. TrimSoft Studio is not responsible for a third-party service's independent operation or availability.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cartofin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the app will meet every requirement, remain error-free, or produce results suitable for every financial purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrimSoft Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of Cartofin, including losses caused by reliance on financial entries, reports, exports, device loss, or loss of locally stored data. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer and other mandatory law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Cartofin changes. The effective date above will identify the current published version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
