Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Cartofin, a household organisation and personal-finance application provided by TrimSoft Studio. Cartofin provides tools for family planning, shared tasks, shopping, calendars, records, vehicles, safety workflows, and financial information.
1. Acceptance
By using Cartofin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Household organisation and financial tools; not professional advice
Cartofin is a household organisation, record-keeping, budgeting, and financial-information tool. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, credit, banking, medical, emergency, or other professional advice. Information and calculations shown by the app should be independently checked before you make important decisions.
3. Your responsibility for data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing calculations, categories, budgets, reports, exports, calendar entries, and household permissions. Financial records remain authoritative on authorized devices. You are responsible for maintaining a usable encrypted backup or another authorized copy where loss of local data would be material to you, and for protecting any recovery key or password.
Household membership does not automatically authorize access to all financial information. Owners and members are responsible for reviewing resource permissions and for sharing only information appropriate for each recipient. Revoking access cannot erase screenshots or exports created while a recipient legitimately had access.
4. Premium subscriptions and trials
Cartofin may offer a free tier, a time-limited trial, and an optional Premium subscription. Trial eligibility and functionality are described in the app. The initial Android release will use Google Play Billing. A subsequent iOS release may use Apple's App Store billing. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the store through which they were purchased, under the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, refund rules, and other conditions shown at purchase.
Do not complete a purchase unless you understand the price and recurring nature of the subscription presented by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription through that store's subscription settings.
5. Advertising
Free and Trial versions may display advertising. Paid Premium may remove advertising as described in the app at the time of purchase.
6. Availability and changes
Cartofin may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Features can change as the product evolves. TrimSoft Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Cartofin, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or services, use it to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code through it, or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
8. Intellectual property
Cartofin, its branding, software, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TrimSoft Studio except where otherwise stated. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Cartofin for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
9. Third-party services
Cartofin may rely on third-party platforms and services such as Google Play, Apple's App Store, device or supported external calendars, Google Drive, and iCloud. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies. TrimSoft Studio is not responsible for a third-party service's independent operation or availability.
Calendar synchronization is optional and does not make an external calendar authoritative over the underlying Cartofin task, bill, reminder, vehicle, household, or plan record. Backup packages are designed to be encrypted before upload, but successful recovery still depends on the availability and integrity of your stored package and recovery secret.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cartofin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the app will meet every requirement, remain error-free, or produce results suitable for every financial purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cartofin's SOS and location-related tools are user-controlled convenience features. They are not emergency-response services, do not replace contacting local emergency authorities, and are not guaranteed to deliver a message, location, or notification successfully in every circumstance.
Cartofin may use automated extraction or artificial intelligence to propose transactions, bills, tasks, events, shopping items, meals, trips, reminders, document details, reports, or explanatory answers. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review proposed records, totals, dates, categories, recipients, and safety-relevant information before relying on or confirming them. Cartofin AI is an organizational aid and does not provide financial, tax, legal, medical, or emergency advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrimSoft Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of Cartofin, including losses caused by reliance on financial entries, reports, calendar synchronization, exports, backup or restore failure, device loss, or loss of locally stored data. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer and other mandatory law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Cartofin changes. The effective date above will identify the current published version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
